What was the highlight of Mudzaffar Hotel
Good for a short stay. Especially if you need a big room and good breakfast to get on with the next day.
The staff were super helpful - changed the flickering ceiling lights promptly and got the housekeeping to vacuum the bits caused by the work. When asked for bowls and utensils, they were promptly sent. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. No fuss. Breakfast was just what we looked forward to - a reasonably spread of local fares like nasi lemak, roti canai, porridge, mee goreng, and the standards like toast. Local coffee was unfortunately cold. Parking was ample, the infinity pool looked inviting but we didn’t have time for it. The room was big!
The room was very dim. The ceiling lights not enough. It’s kind of way off from any shops. No fridge! No hair dryer! No hand or face towels. Instead of tea spoons stirrers were provided.

Happy with our stay, hotel just need improvement
Hotel still lacks cleanliness, can be improved. Bathroom need more heavy cleaning after each guest. Showers need to be cleaned as dirt is visible making water from shower slow. Shower head needs repair too as it keeps falling. During a certain time they switched off the heater which is quite inconvenient especially when you need to take a hot shower. Dust behind door. Floor should be vacuumed and mopped. Carpet vacuumed thoroughly. Bed was ok, pillows are old, blanket was small, obviously not for a king size bed. Pool and room towels were worn out too. Breakfast was fine. Orange juice tasted weird.
